1.TOUR BOOKING
After reading “HANOI FOOD TASTING TOURS” tab on our website, you would like to make tour booking online with test.hathanhtravelmate.com, there are three different ways:
1. Please click on the “Book this tour” box and fill out all your information to complete the booking procedure.
2. Call to +84 986 943 505
3. Email the following information to sales@test.hathanhtravelmate.com:
• Your full name (as it appears on your credit card if you pay by credit card)
• Your nationality
• The exact starting date of the trip you prefer
• The payment method you would choose
• Number of adults, and number of children (ages specified) accompanied (if any)
The booking is effective only when you inform us your booking information and credit card details or pay a certain deposit to us, then we will send the confirmation voucher to you.
2. PAYMENT METHOD
For all bookings made at least 02 days prior to departure date: Customers can make immediate payment by online system.
For bookings made within 02 days prior to departure date:
Customers can submit the request form but it must be the subject to check the availability and you could get the answer within 1 working day. You can also contact us at any time via our hotline at +84 986 943 505.
For payment of our service, Hanoifoodtastingtours accepts following methods:
- Paypal or Credit Card by Onepay (surcharge is applied)
- Bank transfer (no fee but make sure the entire transfer fee paid at your end so we will get full payment).
- Cash: Applied only for customers who are already in Hanoi. Great way to cut off bank fees.
3. AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
3.1 Amendment
- All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking.
- Any subsequent changes are subject to an additional fee, plus any other applicable cancellation fees as imposed by Hoangson Travel, and such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made.
- For GROUP TOUR, no amendment will be accepted within 01 days prior to departure, and no change may be made after travel has commenced.
- For PRIVATE TOUR, it is possible to do amend in advance 5 hours prior to departure time.
3.2 Cancellation
For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 15 days before arrival: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 2-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 1 day before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- The above fees are subject to an added transfer fee of 3%
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by Hanoifoodtastingtours.
4. CHILDREN DISCOUNT
- Under 4 years: Free of Charge.
- From 4 to under 8 years old: 50% of adult’s fare
- Over 8 years old: 100% of adult’s fare
